DES is web based tool for post-processing large numbers of PubMed queries.

Simply submit the XML file containing abstracts returned from your PubMed search and select one or more dictionaries.

DES will tag (highlight) keywords and phrases found in the selected dictionaries (human genes and toxins for example).

Various reports will be created ranging from the keywords frequency, document clustering to graphical visualisation helping you to quickly and accurately locate the desired information.

In addition, DES helps you to make the first step towards new scientific discoveries by generating hypotheses; suggesting possible relations between two seemingly distant terms.
